walkers, picnickers and ghosts. The lake is allegedly haunted by a young
women who whiled driving home from the prom drove off the rode and
drowned in the lake. People report seeing a young women in prom attire
walking along side of the road. |

Haunted Austin:
The Driskell Hotel - rated as one of the most haunted
hotels in America, features a young ghost girl who has been spotted in the
lobby, in the restroom, and on the staircase. As reported by the National Trust
for Historic Preservation, in 1887 a daughter of a Texas senator fell to her
death while chasing a ball down the hotel's staircase. Guests have reported
hearing laughter and the sound of a bouncing ball coming down the staircase.
Galveston:
The historic Hotel Galvez - built in 1911is reportedly
haunted by a women who awaited for her fiance to return from sea. She would
climb the turrets to watch for his ship, yearning for his return. Upon
learning that his ship has sunk, she killed herself. The hotel offers
