definitely haunted. It was built in 1704 and has underground passage
ways that were used during the Revolutionary War. It is rumored to be haunted
by Hessian Soldiers, as well as possibly a more recent murdered business
partner. The Inn is now privately owned by a religious organization.

 | Looking for ghosts on the battlefield
? Check out Devil's Den, the triangle field, any farm house structure as these
were used as field hospitals, or just about any place.... |
 | Many churches in town were used as make shift hospitals. Suggest taking a
walking tour offered through the National Park Service. Special church
tours are offered in the summer. |
 | Many organizations offer ghost tours of Gettysburg. Unfortunately or
fortunately, ghosts have become a big business in Gettysburg. Take all info
with a grain of salt - lots of tales are fiction. To find ghosts, I suggest
you follow your intuition. |
